The beauty of a fitness DVD is that you can pause it, rewind it, stop it! If you don't think you could follow the step, keep practicing! Eventually, it just comes! (That's how I learned, and now I teach Zumba every day!!)

Good Luck and always remember just HAVE FUN!!!

If you do not quite have the steps down or need an easier workout, you can always do the basic step without all the extra hips, arms, and oomph or you can just march in place to the music. I tend to trip over my own feet, but I have found that it gets a little easier each time I do it.

Hi there,

I haven't tried Zumba yet, but I'm planning on getting the DVDs. I'm most interested in the Bollywood style dances but don't know if any of the dances in Exhilarate are Bollywood or Bollywood inspired. The dances look very funny and hopefully I'll lose a little weight doing them.

Also, my activity level isn't that high. I ride a bike for about 40 minutes a day and do an ab roller each morning for 3-5 minutes. Will I be able to keep up with the videos?

Thanks in advance for any help!
