Congratulations on your new bike seat, that will really improve your comfort. Your goals sound quite reasonable. Good luck with them.

1) walk/ride 30 minutes
2) organize something in my home
3) fruit or veggie with each meal
4) sew 1 bobbin full
5) make someone smile

June is 1/2 done but I want to start a consistent program of doing bike rides and doing my Abs of Stone workout. I just got a new bike seat for my 10 year old Cannondale which is making a world of difference. Now I need to get new bar tape and a new helmet. If I can ride 750 miles by the end of 2010 and lose 20 pounds, I'd be satisfied.

Here it is, almost the middle of the year. My how time flies. I did pretty well with my May Resolution. Didn't get the entire house organized, but did get 2 rooms a week, which was my goal. With the weather getting warmer (well, for most of us anyway) I am in the mood to do something outside. My goal for June will be to get 30 minutes of cardio outside every day I don't work. This will be in addition to yard work, which is work, but not very cardio for me. I am also going to have to get more serious about my nutrition. We are taking a 30th anniversary trip in August and I would love to reach my goal before then (8 pounds to go).

OK, lets hear your lists. Time to get serious.
