I resolve to keep up my normal workouts and to complete a 60 and a 100 mile ride by summer's end.

Here we are at the end of another year. My how fast they are flying by. Once again I resolve not to make yearly resolutions, but rather will continue to make my monthly ones. I find them much easier to remember and stick with.

My January 2010 resolution will be to do strength training 3 days a week (more when possible). I will also continue with my cardio for 30 minutes daily. There it is in writing.
