We have completed half the year now, hope everyone is doing well so far. I think I did well with my June resolutions, didn't get much feed back so can't say for certain, but I did try.

For July I think I will continue my 30 minutes of exercise daily and add 30 minutes of ME time. My MIL is requiring more care and I have discovered how important ME time is. Even if it is just a long bubble bath or some time in the hammock after a bike ride, I will have some me time daily.

One Day at a Time:
1) walk/ride 30 minutes
2) organize something in my home
3) fruit or veggie with each meal
4) sew 1 bobbin full
5) make someone smile
