Here it is, the start of a new month. I must admit I haven't done well with my stretching, more everyother day than every day, but I am feeling better.

My resolution for May is to continue my 30 minutes daily cardio and increase to 60 minutes 3 days a week. I will also be more diligent with my weight training 3 days a week.

Come on everyone, let's hear yours. It is just for 1 month, you can do this.

One Day at a Time:
1) walk/ride 30 minutes
2) organize something in my home
3) fruit or veggie with each meal
4) sew 1 bobbin full
5) make someone smile
