Here it is the end of February already. Where is the year going? It is time to think about our March resolutions. I have managed to keep my Jan (eat 5-6 times/day) until I got my braces, but still doing pretty good, and my Feb (30 minutes exercise daily) with only 2 exceptions. Remember, if you consciously do something for 21 days it becomes a habit. Now for March ...

For March I will do stretches (or yoga) everyday. I have noticed I am getting stiffer as I get older and really need to work on that.

Anyone else care to share your resolutions?

One Day at a Time:
1) walk/ride 30 minutes
2) organize something in my home
3) fruit or veggie with each meal
4) sew 1 bobbin full
5) make someone smile
