With the beginning of a new year, lets take time to post some tips that have helped us towards our goal.

One of my favorite is to only eat at the table. Not in front of the TV, not while I cook, not as I pass thru the kitchen. Even snacks are placed on a plate and eaten with determination. I eat 5-6 times a day, small meals and snacks, so I eat about every 2-3 hours. It is much easier to tell myself to just wait, you get to sit down and eat in xx minutes.

Lets hear some more goodies.


One Day at a Time:
1) walk/ride 30 minutes
2) organize something in my home
3) fruit or veggie with each meal
4) sew 1 bobbin full
5) make someone smile
