Great article! I need to get to the gym in the morning so I can take my senior aerobics class. I'm the youngest one there, but I'm not in good enough shape to do the regular aerobics class. I love the class, but between work and sleep I have trouble going. It's from 11:30 am until 12:30 pm, but my boss wants me to come in at 11 am. On days that I don't work I sleep in (like noon) and miss the class. I'm working on this workbook called "Pathway to Recovery" and it's for all sorts of illnesses and addictions. I really do think that exercise and mood go hand in hand. I know when I've done a good workout that I feel better as well. When I'm suffering from depression, a good walk helps a lot. It's just the energy to get out of bed and go out. Luckily I have Geo to drag me out of bed and go for a walk. Thanks for sharing!

Good Article. I've had a nasty cold for the last 5 days and have really been missing my exercise routine. I hope to get back to it today although being up this morning just for a little while and my cough is coming on strong. I've been exercising most of my life and can really not live without it. Today I'll just start with a walk. Thanks for the info.
