Larissa,
Thanks about the vitamin D supplement--you are so right--I need to go back on all my vitamins.

I tend to get hypomanic in November for some reason... you would think with less light I would go into a depression, but that comes after the hypomania in December. I've never used a mood light.. I live in Miami where it's always sunny. I try and get out for my walks even more since it's finally cooled off below 80 at night. I would also advise you to talk to your doctor about a Vitamin D supplement. When you don't get a lot of sun and don't drink a lot of milk you can become deficient. *hugs*

My moods have been wacky the last few days as well, but I attributed it to weird weather and bad sleep habits. Then again, maybe the bad sleep habits were mood-related. I usually have some of my best temperament these next few weeks. Then after that, around the last part of September begins the DARK DAYS. I have my mood light ready for Sept. 21st. the official first day of Autumn. That's usually about the time when I will be needing to get it out.

I have been horribly depressed the last 4 days but I seem to be coming out of it, thankfully. I have a daylight that I forgot to use more than I use it which could be part of the problem. I feel like I'm starting to come back into the light. However I did do 20 minutes of yoga most days but I failed at eating right, I barely ate at all. I was stressed, angry, depressed etc. Technically I don't have a real diagnosis, my pdoc says I have mood disorder-nos. However with the meds I'm taking it seems like she's treating me for Bipolar 2 rapid cycling. my moods change from morning to night.

The season change from Summer to fall and Winter to Spring are very hard on me. I was just wondering if anyone else is going through the same thing.
