Yeah, but I don't know what to do next. All I know is that I look forward to NAMI meetings and the peer-to-peer class, and that while I am stressed about work, there is some relief from not working.

If anything I want to get back to exercising more because this month wasn't a good one for that.

you are probably both burnt out and bored. i've been there.

take baby steps to regain what's rightfully yours .. mental health, physical health, emotional health, weight loss, nutrition, energy, stability, enjoyment

nothing will happen all at once ..but little by little do what you're comfortable with and fight for your life back .. rebuild .. new stronger healthier .. don't worry about what's done or past ... do something different and therefore be different now ... aka stable and happy

How are you measuring your year? Speeding tickets, cups of coffee, love

ISEECHANGE, I am sure they will balance out eventually . I takes a little while and a whole lot of work but I am sure that you can do it.

I know - I haven't been on in EONS. It is a little hard to balance my social media. I have FB, Twitter, Google+,...

Things are ok. I took another hiatus from work, though there is this blogging job that gives me some pocket change. I think I'm either very bored or just burned out. There's other things I have to make myself do too, which is irritating. At this point I really just want to throw up my hands and surrender regarding work. It is just stressful anyway I look at it. My paycheck is going to be very little. I haven't heard anything back regarding disability yet.

Things that have gone right: I'm taking a NAMI Peer-to-Peer class to learn more about mental illness. I'm really looking forward to classes. I also still go to the weekly support meetings. I really like that I am making friends at the meetings. I went to a family reunion that was fun - I got to reconnect with family who I don't see on a regular basis.

I'm hoping things balance out soon.
