I understand how you feel...I am an emotional eater. Not as bad as I used to be, but the last thing I like to put in my mouth before I go to sleep is something chocolate. I have the cook & serve chocolate pudding with fat free mix and it tastes great and satisfies my urge to eat...and I sleep better...It is not something you should beat yourself up over...find some good diet treats you like and just keep the minimum amount around and plan it into your calorie intake...hope this helps...

Ok so I have notice over time that I am totally an emotional eater, but recently I have noticed just how bad I am... Today I was really stressed out and very very emotional about many many things... ie: family issues that are devastating..mental health doing things that are really upsetting, the move and having misunderstandings with the landlord (the fact that one just left and now we have a new one so there is already confusion) and fighting with Justin... but what I hate is that yes I am justified in having feelings over all of this I hate that I am turning to food... so I am trying to figure out how else to deal... cause I can't sleep well right now and I just wind up eating late and night and everything that is wrong for me.
