Just a quick reminder...

Kim has updated our goals. We'll have new goals for the new year. That will be nice, right? New year, new things to strive for as far as our health goes and gaining some insight into our BP and other things we may be dealing with.

We just wanted to put out a reminder to all to make sure we track our goals under "other goals" each day. If u don't track everyday, please track at some point during the week and when u do, make sure u go back and track for days missed. Please track by Sat. at the latest otherwise u will have to arrow back and I don't know if those days will even count sincce they will be over a week old.

Any questions, feel free to ask.

Some new goals will be tracking how many spark points we can get each day, how many miles we can walk per week...

If u have any ideas or input please let me or Kim know. As far as I know, nothing is going to change until the New Year. I think it's going to be a nice positive change for us. If we have to gain Sparkpoints, we'll have to utilize the site more and look up interesting articles and such. I think it will be good.
