One of the first workout videos I ever did was Tae-Bo. You don't need any equipment and it really burns some calories without being too complicated. If you want more of a challenge then one of Jillian Michaels 30 day shred videos is good too!

Hi Moms,

I thought people might be interested in sharing their favorite online workout videos. The weather here is becoming cold and I'm looking for cardio/strength workouts that I can do without any set up in my living room (either during naps, or in 10 minute sets while the baby is happy).

I've got some good sets of burpees/planks/running on the spot ideas, but I really find I need a video or leader to keep me going.
