2. Continues Healthy eating Habits, this includes eating 5 Fresh Fruits and Vegetables DAILY.
3. Drink 8 glasses of Water Daily
4. Continue Strength Training
5. Lose 31 pounds

Yes, I mainly use it as another way to keep in contact with my son Loren and family. I like it for that. All my family is on FB. I only sign on every 3 or so days.
