1. Do a Minimum of 10 minutes of Fitness Exercise DAILY and Check-In with 4 Peas in a Pod DAILY!!
2. Continues Healthy eating Habits, this includes eating 5 Fresh Fruits and Vegetables DAILY.
3. Drink 8 glasses of Water Daily
4. Continue Strength Training
5. Lose 31 pounds

I WOULD CHOOSE A BACKYARD PLASTIC POOL.

***PUBLIC POOL HAS CHLORINE, & HUMAN URINE & FECES IN IT.
***LAKE HAS MANY FISH WHO ARE MUCH BIGGER THEN ME....I'D MAKE A GOOD MEAL OR AT LEAST A SNACK.
***OCEAN HAS SHARKS AND A WHOLE LOT OF OTHER HUGE & MEAN FISH/MAMALS.
***RIVER ALSO HAS ~THINGS~ IN IT. ALTHOUGH WHEN I WAS A KID I SWAM WITH MY FAMILY IN RIVERS ALL THE TIME. BUT THEY WERE ALWAYS CLEAR RIVERS THAT YOU COULD SEE THE BOTTEM AND WHAT WAS AROUND YOU INSIDE THE WATER.

YES, I AM A SCARDY CAT!!!

MAKE 2018 THE BEST YOU CAN.
