For me it has to be the changing temps and the trees changing. However, living in the Sacramento Valley our summers go on until half-way through Autumn.

The 1st frost which can be any time from now until mid Oct. here in MN. Had a frost advisory in the northern tier last night. Love the day temps and cooler evenings as the trees change colors. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

Slow & steady makes a winner of us. Even if we hit pitfalls, get up. Know that a new day is right around the corner.
Try to be all that you can be. Work at it a day at a time.

A combination of September 22 or thereabouts and leaves turning colors and falling.

Shorter days, cooler nights. No leaf color changes here in Florida so the change is pretty gradual! :)

For me, it's getting out my flannel jammies and sheets which I've already had to do. I've even had to add another blanket to my bed. I've had have to wear a sweater the last 2 weeks on my outings because the breeze is so cold. YUP, summer is over as far as I'm concerned.

What signifies the end of summer for YOU?

For me it's Labor Day knowing that Autumn is right around the corner.
