I am not on a diet. I am trying to make healthier food choices, but "diets" don't work for me! I don't schedule cheat days either. If I find myself in a situation where I want to eat something that isn't exactly "healthy", I try to use portion control!!

I think one of the things that has helped me is the fact that I refuse to diet. There are no foods that are off limits to me. I make choices so are better for me than others are . I dont plan cheat days. However I am mindful of everything I eat and how that plays into my nutrition. if I know that we are going somewhere I dont have control over what I am going to eat then I try to exert as much as control before and after I get there.
