Hello everyone
I am brand new to this so bear with me. I have to change my eating habits because I am a diabetic. Today is a beautiful day in Amite county. Let me hear from some of ya'll here in Amite county. Low carbs for me, with Gods help I will get healthy. I pray you all have a very blessed day. For this is the day the Lord has made and I will rejoice and be glad in it. emoticon

exercise--walked 30 minutes

food--OH NO, I went way over on calories, carbs & fats. All due to a birthday party, 2 kids with a cake each insisting Grandma eat a piece of their's:)
Them my MIL insisting that we come over for coffee & dessert, strawberry shortcake. TOO MUCH SWEETS.
MY TUMMY ACHES....I will eat LIGHT 2morrow.

This is the place to post your daily meals [or how you did on your nutrition tracker for the day] and any exercise you did.

I'll start.
Exercise--I did good 3 1/2 hours fishing burned about 500 calories.
Eating--A terrible day for me. Over on calories and fat by a little. Enough water, not enough fruit & veggies.
Breakfast--orange juice
Lunch--chicken salad sandwich & pound cake
Dinner--sloppy joe,baked beans & french fries.

JUMP RIGHT IN..................
