The machine I was using for upper body exercises is in an unheated storage house. Can not use it right now. Am doing SP exercises with my little 5# weights.
Hopefully, I will get some weights or resistance bands for Christmas !!!

I broke one of my 5# bands this week.
I can not increase till I get another one.
I did increase the shoulder press from 10# to 20#---no choice. I just can't do as many reps yet.

Butterfly press-the same
Shoulder press-the same
Forward lat pulls-50, an increase of 20 lbs.
Reverse lat pulls-50, an increase of 20 lbs.

Those are great goals. I just wanted to give us something to focus on these final weeks. I know that this is the craziest time of years for our eating habits--Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas!!!

I'm in. 8 weeks---To be able to up my weights on upper body exercises by 20%. How to? Stick with my program and increase weights every time that it starts getting easy. I'll track here: Weights today
Bench press--50 lbs,
Butterfly press--20 lbs.
Shoulder press--10 lbs.
Forward lat pulls--30 lbs.
Reverse lat pulls--30 lbs.
Would like to increase my concentration curls, but don't have any higher weight dumbbells.

What is the best gift you could give to yourself? I would say good health. I think it's time for us to set at least one goal for ourselves to achieve by Christmas. You must also post how you expect to achieve that goal. I'll start:

My goal is to reach my yearly goal of 7200 fitness minutes. I will exercise for 30 min. a day 4-5 days a week. I would also like to be in the 170's by then. I'm continuing with my low carb diet with one cheat day per week.
