How did everyone do with the push up challenge. I'm a little sore but not as sore as the last time I did this challenge.
Martha you added Kick backs, Hummmm.......

Hey todays challenge will be Kickbacks 10 everytime you got to the bathroom.

You all think of a challenge for the next couple days.
Post it here and we will go from there!

I so enjoyed the wall pushup challenge. I started my day off with it again today and then added 10 kickbacks to it! Those little workouts slipped into my day really help me! Thanks for the idea!

I must say I have already done 30 wall pushups but the day is still young. I might just keep it up just so that I can get more exercise in.

Our new challenge for today are wall pushups every time you go to the bathroom. Just 10 wall push ups. As much as I got to the bathroom I will get at least 100 wall pushup in a day or more.
