Hello I started with liquids this morning. For lunch I got a fiber shake. Plenty of broth and V8 veggie and diet fruit juice today until evening.

So can I ease into it? Maybe a half of a day or something just to get into it.

Edwina and Losingwght, I did liquids yesterday until 6 pm. I was great! I will do another liquid day Thursday all day long.
I drank chicken broth, coffee, SF hot cocoa, V8 veggie juice, diet soda, water.
Thursday I will add a fiber shake to the above and try to make it all day long.

The new Challenge for the week will be stay on track with your meal plan but with a twist.

Here's the Challenge;
1 day this week whatever day you choose drink only liquids.
Yes this will be called a liquid day, you can drink broth, V8 juice, fruit juice, protein drinks, etc.
Make sure you don't go over your calorie limit for the day because you can easily drink many calories.

When I do liquid days I drink broth, V8 veggie juice, lots of water, maybe a protein drink If i'm working out.

This will help clear impurities out of your body.

Who is up to the challenge.
