Great news, Celia75! I'm happy that you have been busy! Last week was okay for me. I did strength training everyday, but did not get in any cardio. I have been trying to get over a sinus infection. This week, I plan to get back on track with my cardio routine.

Hi Ladies,
I just wanted to check-in for this week. I've been dieting and exercising for 8 weeks now. I've lost a total of 11 pounds and 10 1/4 inches off my neck, chest, waist, and hips. I did gain a pound this week and prior to that I was at 172 for 2 weeks so I've dropped my calories from 1600 to 1400.

I found out I have a torn ACL so I can't do cardio until I get cleared by my doctor. I see the orthopedist on Wednesday. I am still going to strength train 3 days a week though.

I just wanted to let you guys know what's going on with me. How did last week go for you?
