I had to have a McDonald Filet A Fish combo yesterday
Hmmm....fast food, junk food......yummy but not funny for weight loss success. Oh, well....... emoticon

That's great Celia. We were very conscious of not eating it everyday.
Junk food can easily sneak into the best diet plan.

I did well with the challenge until Saturday evening. My husband brought home some vanilla sandwich cookies and I just couldn't help myself.

I hope everyone did great on the weekly challenge.
Post your results o how you did this past week.
I did okay. really cut back on the junk food.
I realized even when you diet you may sneak some junk food into your diet, even if it's still within your calorie range.

Hey I'm jealous, my sister is a member of sparkpeople but lives in Atlanta, she grew up here in Mississippi. She is not very active on the site but I will nudge her to join this team.

Goodevening everyone!!!
i am proud to say.. today was an awesome day for me and not having junk food. YES!!! So, I am proud of myself. I know I can do it and you all being there was just the knowing that I better straighten up and get right. Sis.. you make me sick emoticon , not eating junk food. you got me.. I am very proud of you though. I am proud of everyone. You have no idea how much I appreciate you all. I am a walking progress. I can't wait till NOV... the end result. I am enjoying the process believe that. Well, have a great JUNK FOOD LESS WEEK!!!

I did have a diet coke on yesterday for lunch.....I knew better, but I went to Rally's. So, I won't drink any more drinks for the rest of the month....which, I really don't think that one DIET coke is bad for one month. Still trying. I did good with the water and gatorade all week, but yesterday, I couldn't make myself say WATER at the drive thru. LOL

Good Morning everyone. I have not had any junk food since Sunday. I say that because I ate 1 cookie for desert Sunday evening.
How's everyone doing? Be honest are you avoiding the junkfood?
Queen05 sometimes when I eat sweets is start me to crave more sweets. So this is a good thing to avoid junk food for this week.

Goodmorning everyone..
I just want to say that this weekly challenge has been challenging for me. I know its only been two days so far. I had one piece of laffy taffy on Monday and a piece on Tuesday and a slice of cake too-which I did swear off chocolate. I totally got off track. Now that I have confessed, confronted I am blessed today to get back on track. I just want to say yall, thanks for being their for me. You have no idea me having you all as a group hold me accountable for my action.. well, thanks again for listening. I will do great today. I will let you know..

I have an idea for our weekly challenge next week. In addition to saying our Grace, lets say a prayer that goes like this: Dear God, teach me to know that my body is a gift from you and I should love and treasure it unconditionally. Make nurturing my body as natural as breathing and choosing healthy food my true desire. Help me stick to a healthy eating plan that will remove the excess weight from my body and returning it a balance and vibrant state.

Loving life as it is and challenging my self to become better.

Hello everyone, Sorry its so late, I've been out at church most of the day and my little girl came home from church sick, I've been trying to get her feeling better. Thank God I am off work tomorrow, I can keep her in out of the air.
Ladies, remember the weekly challenge and if anyone have a challenge for next week please post by Thursday.

Oh MY! Hummmmm, sometimes....sometimes those Cheetos be calling me! I don't know...hummmmmm...

Okay, I'll try to not eat any chips for a week. Do pretzels or wheat thins count as chips? I've got to have something with my sandwich.

Avoid all junk food for this week!
Yes no more chips, cookies, nabs, candy bars, whatever you like in junk food for one week!

I thought I would start a weekly challenge thread so we can start weekly challenges.
This will be one challenge for the week that all could participate in doing.
Any team member can suggest a challenge for the upcoming week but the challenge need to be in by Thursday on the week before, that way everyone can read the challenge before the end of the week.
Are you ready for the first challenge. Please check in and post daily about your progress whether good or bad!
Any suggestions?
