mine is a very serene, light apple green. I have been clearing it to make it better for sleep. I do have a tv in there, and do watch quite often. I sleep 7-8 hours.

Ours is painted a pale lilac, the previous owners did a really nice job with color schemes in the house, and I have not felt the need the change that room...yet. It is relaxing. We do have a TV in there & used to watch it frequently, but now I rarely gets turned on, sometimes just in the morning for the news. I usually sleep well, suffer occasional insomnia, but usually get about 7 hours per night

Our walls are a soft yellow. We have a TV in the bedroom because my husband is disabled and sometimes can't get out of bed. I need a sleep aid since my chemo but for the most part I sleep fine.

My bedroom is off-white. Yes, we do have a TV in the room, but hubby only watches it in the morning before he gets out of bed (he's a news junkie). I get about 6-1/2 or 7 hours of sleep during the week & 8 hours on the weekends.

Keep smiling!!

My bedroom walls are a very pale lilac. No TV in the room. I get 6 hours generally, but in 2 to 3 hour intervals.

I get 7 or 8 hours' sleep most nights. When we bought our house, every wall was painted Navaho White - a slightly creamy off white. No TV in our bedroom, but two sewing machines...

My bedroom walls are off white; I find that soothing. My bedroom is the most relaxing and calming space in my house. My furniture is the same bedroom furniture that I have had since I was 14; that is when I finally got my own room and no longer had to share with my sister, and my gift that year was picking out my own bedroom furniture. I use everything but the original desk; had to get a bigger desk for my computer.

I have a small TV in my room; with my pain issues from the cancer, often it's a lot more comfortable for me to watch TV in bed than it is to sit in my recliner in the living room. My living room is also very cold in the winter, another reason I prefer to watch TV in the bedroom during the cold weather months.

I try to get 7-8 hours of sleep per night, but it's not usually solid straight hours of sleep, I wake up with hot flashes throughout the night which are a side effect of my cancer treatments.

My name is Shari; I have been a Sparker since July 2006, I am now in hospice care for metastatic breast cancer, but I'm not letting cancer stop me from Sparking!

What color is your bedroom painted? Do you find is soothing to you? Do you have a tv in your room? How have your sleep habit's been? How many hours of sleep do you get on average, per night? emoticon
