These days I eat either Chobani or Dannon Oikos Greek Yogurt. I know I should eat the plain to cut back on sugar but I just can't . . . my favorite is Key Lime, but I also like banana cream, orange cream, and Cherry.

I use yogurt in my smoothies everyday. I don't like Greek yogurt and gag on it so I don't even consider it.

I do eat fat=free versions - whatever is on sale and like to buy plain so that I can mix in my own fruits, flax seeds, and spices.

I eat Greek yogurt almost everyday for breakfast or for an evening snack. I like the Oikos Toasted Coconut and I add a few walnuts to boost the protein and to make it more heart healthy. LOVE IT.

I always have a container of Fage 0% plain Greek yogurt in my fridge. I mix in fresh or frozen fruits, sprinkle it with ground hemp seeds or granola, use it in place of sour cream on baked potatoes or dips, use in place of mayo in tuna or pasat salads. One of my favorite uses is to take a flatbread (or wrap), spread it with yogurt, spread thinly sliced Persian cucumbers and chopped fresh dill on top, then roll and slice - great for lunch or as an appetizer.

I love to eat plain yogurt with cereal as a snack, or in place of lunch

I have a Chobani fruit yogurt every morning at work for breakfast (except Fridays, since that's my early morning Body Pump class. I have oatmeal on those days.) I know they're high in sugar, but that doesn't concern me much.

I do eat yogurt. My favorites are blueberry or pina colada. I don't buy a particular brand; I just look for what is on sale. I do read labels and look for lowest sugar and fat. I eat a mix of regular and Greek because Greek has a lot less calcium than regular and I worry about osteoporosis. I also use plain as a substitute for sour cream and mayo in recipes.

One day at a time; one pound at a time.

Do you eat yogurt? How often? What is your favorite flavor/type/brand? Do you check the amount of sugar in your yogurt? If not, check the label, how many grams is in a serving of your favorite yogurt?
