My DH is almost a vegetarian, so that encourages me to cook less
meals with meat. However, since I go out every day, I eat quite
a lot of chicken unbreaded. I love fish, but only have it about once weekly.
We both take B12. I do take 4 fish oil pills each day, suggested to me
by my DH heart surgeon. I've been on them for years.

I use my Magic Bullet to make smoothies, mostly green. I like using
kale the most. I use protein powder or almond butter to make sure that
I get some protein every day. I'm addicted to these for lunch each day.

Occasionally, we have a hotdog. I buy Ball Park Angus or Jewish
beef franks only.

This may not be the correct place to mention this subject. However,
I read a fantastic article on breast cancer on SP, today. I highly
recommend those who are interested, to please check it out.

My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of Heaven and Earth."

I seldom eat beef, mostly eat chicken and fish. I have fish two or three times a week. Usually have a meatless day at least once a week, sometimes more often by accident because I will plan something with meat and then be too tired to cook. Then I end up eating cereal and fat free milk.

One day at a time; one pound at a time.

Sheila - I can remember my dad in the dead of winter in a snowstorm in Indiana pulling the grill just inside the open garage door & grilling for us! Rain, snow, sleet, sunshine didn't much matter, if he wanted to grill he grilled!

We eat red meat (beef/pork/veal/lamb) once or twice/week. chicken twice/week, meatless twice. I love fish, but DH will only eat shellfish, not the finny kind, so I make it once/week and if I want more, wind up making two main dishes but sharing all sides.

My DH used to do a lot of grilling, but is now in early stages of dementia and I'm afraid he'll blow us up if he zones out while cooking on the propane grill. I'm going to have to find new dishes/ways of cooking or possibly find an outdoor electric grill - any suggestions are welcome.

I have always said that I could never be vegetarian or vegan. I just like meat way too much & my hubby is an awesome grill man. emoticon

We usually eat chicken two or three times a week, beef once a week, fish twice a week, pork once a week.

We very, very rarely have a meatless meal.

Anything thing my husband grills is awesome, so that's usually how our meat is prepared -- even in the winter when there's 4 inches of snow on the ground.

I eat meat of some sort almost every day, usually venison, chicken, or pork, with occasional beef. I even sneak in a hot dog once in a great while...

I try to eat salmon at least one day a week, and have tuna on occasion. Just bought some so it'll be on my menu shortly.

I never have a meatless meal for dinner, as DH wants his meat, but quite often have meatless meals for lunch. Today I had Mediterranan veggies (cauliflower, carrots, some kind of bean, etc) with about 1/2 cup of macaroni, sprinkled with grated cheese. Yum. Tonight was a chicken night.

I think my favorite meal to eat at home is, besides Thanksgiving dinner, some kind of soup or chili. I think a nice hot bowl of soup and a salad is really good!
