I cook chicken at least 3x/week - even if I'm not eating it, DH will not eat fish, so I make it for him when I do fish. We joke that I have at least 1,000 chicken recipes, but go-to is grilled boneless, skinless breast. I season it with various rubs and marinades and use diffferent sauces, but usually include onions and garlic. I use it for taste, ease, and versatility.

I too eat a lot of chicken. I try to use different recipes to prevent boredom with it. Yes the store bought is very easy.

I love chicken and I could eat it 7 days a week. Sometimes, I buy a
rotisserie chicken as from my food store. Last week I fried a few
breast in coconut oil. I ate on it all week.

Most of the time I don't both to cook it for myself, because my DH
will not touch it and he doesn't like to smell it. He is always nice
to me, whenever I cook it or eat beside him at the table when it
is bought out.

I love it battered and deep fried....Now, how do I fix and eat it? Like it grilled, baked, and sometimes oven fried. DH isn't wild about chicken so I don't fix it a lot for us, but have breasts in the freezer for me. Like to nuke it and chop it up in a salad, make chicken salad, chop chicken, apples, celery and red grapes together with a little light Miracle Whip, etc... And now since it's time to start dinner, I'd really like chicken, but already took venison out to thaw, so no chicken tonight.....

We love chicken, usually have it in one form or another at least 3 times/week. One of my current favorite recipes I found right here on Sparkpeople:

However, oftentimes I will just sprinkle a little lemon pepper or maybe Greek seasoning (depending on what I'm in the mood for) on chicken breasts & broil them for 15 minutes or so. Serve with rice & steamed broccoli for a quick, simple, lo-cal meal!

I usually cook chicken a couple of times a week, also. This morning I put a couple of chicken breasts in the crockpot with italian seasoning--so yummy.

I usually buy a baked chicken from the deli at the grocery store and eat it through out the week for lunches at work or snacks, etc. Love it and so easy.

We mostly eat it grilled. We marinate it for a bit grilling. We eat chicken once or twice a week.

Keep smiling!!

I like to marinate it and saute it.
