I eat a late breakfast, skip lunch, and have dinner. I normally have two small snacks.

sadly i have fallen off the tracking part. but going to start today. I usally snack in the evenings. when i get home from work. my bad time of the day

I eat a light breakfast, lunch, light afternoon snack, dinner, lite evening snack., I usually ride my back 60-90 min. at night and don't like to go to bed without a little something.

I usually eat 3 meals a day, and a snack or two if I need it. I'm trying to track everything I eat, however I was out of town over the weekend & had a crazy schedule so I didn't get much tracking done. But I have a hard time staying with my program if I don't track everything, so it's really the only way I seem to be able to be successful.

Weekends are a little different, we too will sometimes not eat anything till close to lunch on Saturday & so then we just eat 2 meals.

Unless I eat out with someone, I don't usually eat a full meal at a time. I have problems with my blood sugar and if I don't eat something every three or four hours, I get sick so I usually eat about six times,.When I am being "good" maybe just some vegetables or a piece of fruit or yogurt. I try to avoid just aimless snacking though.

One day at a time; one pound at a time.

I eat 3 meals a day and allow for a couple of snacks. I no longer track. I'm in maintenance and so far so good. I was getting too stressed with the tracking. After 2 yrs., I feel I know when I'm over eating and when I'm staying within my calories.

I try to eat 3 meals and 2 snacks. I'm trying to keep up with tracking but some times it doesn't work for me. emoticon

I think I can. I know I can. I will.

Don't let yesterday use up to much of today!

During the week, I eat three meals, and a snack. Weekends I usually end up eating two meals, and a snack. We go for brunch lots of Sundays, so then just have dinner (light) later. I go in spells with tracking, do for a week or two, then get busy/lazy and don't for a week or two! Depends on my time....

Usually I eat 3 meals a day. I will eat one or two snacks if I need them. I don't want to be too hungry.

Usually 3, with a snack or two. I try not to snack in the evening, that's my "problem time".
