I am happy to report that after getting over hip bursitis with sciatica, I am back to running. I am currently putting in around 3 miles on my treadmill, not ready for concrete yet. I feel great knowing that I can still run.

Woo-hoo!!!!

Hi there!

I have been running for 8 or 9 years now. I lost most of my weight back in 2003, began running...and haven't stopped! lol I lost 65 lbs and am now "mostly" maintaining but really want to get 5-7 more lbs off.
I love running. I also do strength training 2-3 times a week. That is tonight, no running today!

I have had a really great couple of weeks running. I have been putting in some longer runs, last week a 14K and this week a 16K....as well as some interval runs. I normally just go out and run, same pace, same distance. But, I am really enjoying changing things up and hopefully, they say, it should make help me better my times.

Didn't run today, did my 16k yesterday, so went to my strength training class last night. Tomorrow easy run, and maybe on Friday some intervals.
