Thanks for your kind message. I'm sorry I haven't posted in a while. I was out of town for a while and so many things going on at one time.

I am doing so much better. After I had an MRI and found I didn't have any vertebral issues, I designed a special program for myself. Slowly but surely the chronic aching pain has been subsiding. Last night, I performed really long stretches and reached a point where I experienced a a stretch set point that relaxed and allowed me to stretch longer. I haven't had any sciatic pain since then. I think I found released the roadblock and now feel wonderful.

Hope everything is going well for you. I intend to be more active at our message boards.

Have a wonderful weekend!

Thanks Kim, for the sparkmail this morning...I am doing ok and still running! I hope that your appt this afternoon goes well and that you can get things figured out....fixed up and get back to running.
I hurt my back last month and wasn't able to run for awhile. There is nothing worse than not being able to run....I think it makes you want to run even more, just knowing that you can't. Yesterday I went for a massage (my first one) and he worked mainly on the area that I hurt. Fortunately it is nothing serious and is mostly better now anyway. I am feeling it this morning some though, after the massage. He told me that I would proably feel it today.

I am hoping to get for a short run today at least. My last was a 12K on Monday, so thinking of a 5 or 6K today. I am on a team this weekend in a duathlong......I will be biking (run, bike, run) and have a partner doing the run portions. So......I should proably get out for a bike ride if I can. Wish the darn fog would go away!

Hope to hear from you about your appt this afternoon Kim!
