yes, you are right, more nighttime running. I ran tonight, 6:30 and the sun was going down. By the time we finished, it was dark. I haven't run in the dark in ages, I typically run in the morning.

I agree with you- I love the crisp cool air- the only downside to it is that the days keep getting shorter and it means more night running :(

I just love runnning in the fall. The air is so crisp and cool, and it just feels refreshing to get out there.

Ran 2 days ago, in warm humid muggy air. Felt almost like hurricane weather. It was not a good run, I felt like lead weight and I figure it partially had to do with the weather. Glad that passed!

going to get out there today, but in the cool fresh air!
