-40 degrees F is pretty cold! My wife draws the line at +20 degrees F. I really draw the line at about +10 degrees F.

good question. I think for me, I have run in pretty cold. Not sure the limit. Not sure what the coldest I have been out in either, I will have to note it, or see if I can research.
I think it is more the icy conditions that stop me.

Went out for my run today and turned around and went back inside. I draw the line at running at -40. I hate running on a treadmill, but the old bod just cannot take those temps anymore.

When do you draw the line for running outside?
