I agree with everyone!! Bananas because they are yummy and water for the same reason.
I also think it is time for new shoes for both of us! In a couple of weeks I am going to get a new pair of dogs myself!

Hey, hey, CROCHETLOCKET, how many miles do you have logged on those shoes of yours? Once my feet start acting up, it's usually time for new shoes... and it goes away immediately!

When it happens to me, I get up and walk until it goes away.

Cramps usually occur when your body needs Potassium or Magnesium. emoticon

I too had them in bootcamp, fortunately, I haven't had one in a very long time. My solution = bananas & H20. Also, as strange and difficult as it sounds, get up and bear weight on it (walk, jump, etc.).

Ms Locket, I've had them infrequently...more often the leg cramps...and still not ever as badly as when I was in Basic Training and just about fell out of bed on a regular basis due to such terrible leg cramps. Potassium-bananas, water, massage, regular stretching....not sure what else to suggest...
