I was eating a lot of junk when I first eliminated all flesh from my diet. But as I interact with my vegetarian teams I am learning more way to eat without having to depend on things like bread and pasta. I feel so much better than I did a year ago.

Well ignoring that the junk plate has meat on it, so I would go for the veggies...otherwise my eyes would keep going to the junk.

I like thinking this way...
Eating this or eating that is making me fat and it also means I have to work out even harder tomorrow!
I am on my way to changing my life and proud that I am motivated to change.

What is it that should trace the insuperable line?… The question is not, Can they reason? nor, Can they talk? but, Can they suffer? —Jeremy Bentham (1748–1832)
A dead cow or sheep lying in the pasture is recognized as carrion. The same sort of carcass dressed and hung up in a butcher’s stall passes as food. —J. H.
