I checked 3-4 of her books out from library to read. I cook just for myself most times and try to keep it simple. I do get Oxygen Magazine which her husband puts out so she always has articles in it and I really like it. I just joined this team. Linda

Yup...if the ingredients are too weird and far-fetched, it doesn't interest me to do it either. But now we know! Thanks for the info!

Well, I read it. It seems to be a fairly do-able plan, but as always I have a problem with some of her really odd(to me) ingredients for her recipes. I would have no idea where to find a lot of that stuff (Elk meat? Wild boar?)

Also, I am allergic to tree nuts, flax, and buckwheat. The first two she uses quite a lot. The buckwheat would be easy enough to work around, and she gives substitutions for the tree nuts, but there seems to be no way to get around the flax seed stuff.

I know Tosca is greatly loved and revered and has done amazing things with her body, but a lot of the stuff she prescribes is just unrealistic for me. I picked up some good tips, but her plan isn't something I could subscribe to. Others, however, might find it just what they need, so please do still look into it if you want a way to get those last 10 pounds off in 28 days. I think I'm gonna have to go about it a little slower and in a way that fits with my life.

Welcome Anne!! I have not read it but I liked what I saw in the ad for it. I would love to know about her ways of "tricking your body" to peel off those last few pesky pounds!

Hey! Just joined this team!

I just bought Tosca Reno's The Eat Clean Diet Stripped. I've having a TERRIBLE time getting those last few pounds off an thought it would help. Anyone else read it? What did you think?
