emoticon Question: If we enter our weigh in on our tracker does it automatically update to our team page?

Unfortunately No. If you click on the "track" button on the main team page, you will be automatically directed to your "other goals". There you will click on the "plus sign" for the day you weighing in and add the number of pounds lost for that week.

Example: Say you weigh in on Thursday's (no matter if it is weekly or bi-weekly) click on the plus sign for Thursday and enter the amount you lost that week in whole numbers; round up or down appropriately If you gained or stayed the same, enter 0.

emoticon TEAM GOALS - We can do it together! emoticon

(From Spark) We have found that most people achieve greater success they have goals they share with others. This not only make people more accountable, but also gives the system to share ideas, provide motivation, etc.

The purpose of Team Goals is to help SparkTeam members work together to accomplish common goals. Therefore, it is very important we select goals that will engage the majority of our Team. In order to keep your members focused, you can set a maximum of five Team Goals.

The Team Leader will have the ability to delete Team Goals after they have been created. If a goal is deleted, team members who already added the goal will keep a copy of it on their Other Goals page (in case they wish to continue tracking it), but the goal will no longer be tracked on your SparkTeam page.

If you wants to leave a Team Goal (since participation is optional), you can delete it from your Other Goals page. Once you decide to participate, the goal will show up on their "Other Goals" page.

(From Miranna) Some goals are automatically linked to our nutrition and fitness tracking.

Nutrition logging includes counting your water! So make a habit of clicking the arrows to load the amount of water you drank today!

If you have any questions, as it can be a little confusing, feel free to ask. I will be posting responses here for all else to read.

Team Announcement: 3/31/08

PPCPT 1st challenge has come to a close! I would like to thank everyone for making it so successful, with a special shout out to KimmieB and Penny for being my co-leaders and doing a wonderful job supporting and motivating everyone! emoticon

Our next challenge starts tomorrow (April 1st) and will run through the end of the month. I am excited about the new format and time period and hope all will join us in this adventure. (more to be posted tomorrow - so check on back)!

emoticon KimmieB831 (Kimmie) has agreed to be a leader of PPCPT, so her and I will lead the team together! Thanks Kimmie!

We will not be having co-leaders at this time, as our team is still small and we want to keep us all working together!

Penny has chosen to be an active member and continue to be a motivator for this team! Thanks Penny for the topics you shared and the support in Challenge #1 and I am glad you will continue on this team! You are appreciated greatly!

emoticon I have been asked "Will there be another challenge?" and the answer is YES, there will be!

Instead of the traditional 8 week challenge, Passionate People Creating Positive Thoughts will run monthly themed challenges. They will be a little different in hopes to retain 100% team participation and challenge each of us to learn, teach or try something new. Four weeks can go by quickly and one will be less likely to burn out.

Each challenge will run from the first of the month, to the last day of the month, with the first one starting April 1st.

So are you in? Feel free to invite anyone you feel may benefit from the energy of loosing on PPPT.
