My September goals were:

1) Stick to my low carb meal plan (mostly)
2) Stay within my daily calorie goals (missed on 2 days)
3) Lose 4 pounds (3)
4) Finish quilting DH's quilt (still needs binding)

And now it is October. This begins the really difficult time of year for me. Both grands birthdays, quilt retreat, followed quickly by Thanksgiving and then Christmas. But for now I'm gonna just think about October, so for October my goals/resolutions are:

1) finish hubby's quilt
2) stay within carb limits
3) increase fiber intake
4) lose 2 pounds

One Day at a Time:
1) walk/ride 30 minutes
2) organize something in my home
3) fruit or veggie with each meal
4) sew 1 bobbin full
5) make someone smile
