On Wii today I did some yoga, kung fu, and step. I cut my finger and am having trouble doing the yoga steps and games I like doiing. But I am so happy i did what I could.

I hope the kids learn as much from me as I do them.

last two days 31 minutes on the wii. Yesterday, only balance and yoga cuz I was sore from the day before. Today did 10 minutes of rhythmic boxing, 5 minutes of kung fu, 10 minutes of hula hoop and the rest in balance activities. And my balance is getting significantly better!

2+ hours cleaning out the pond--way harder than what I usually do on the wii. But it's my wii exercise that got me here. I put off this job at the beginning of the summer cuz it seemed too hard. Today, I just went at it and have the 'jello' legs to show how much I used those muscles. Feels great to have done it and now I can listen to the waterfall as my reward.

I run an average of 25 miles a week. I'm not a big fan of the cardio stuff for the Wii Fit. It's great for core strengthening however.

I did a new dvd today called Walk Off Weight from Prevention it was good but hard for me to keep up

Well first off it a great dvd....there are five sections of the dvd...it works on core upper lower and full body workouts.....it's challenging for me because I have a bad knee and me and lunges just don't get along....

She does something called serrated pushups where she's on her knees in the core workout so it's no good for me...The core workout was extremely difficult for me to do...I don't have enough body strenght to complete most of it...but it's good stuff I of course can't think of all the names of the moves she does but I think you'll like it

The lower body wasn't much better for me...lunges and squats bending of the knees...this is a great dvd but I would not recommend it for anyone who has knee problems there's a lot of work on the knees

The upper body was much easier for me...you need some weights though I used 5 lb weights it's a very short workout though only about 10 mins...

You should get the dvd....I think you'll like it
