I am getting better daily at the table tilt game, but not ready for advanced! Hmmm, bowling sounds good--the heat is getting pretty tough right now so I will rope DH in for some bowling today!

Did Wii Sports for 90 minutes today. Burned about 381 calories according to the values in SP.

Batting Practice 22 -**New PB for me; Won A Silver Medal**

Tennis: 5 Games against PROs on computer now; 1200+ ranking! Lost 3 sets to 1; I fought hard though!

Did some Boxing which I've never done before. Did about 10 minutes or so. . .That gets you winded!

Did some Expert Golfing and shot 6 over Par

Played 3 Games of emoticon against the computer - Lost All Three emoticon

Wii Fit Age Today - Decreased it by 10 Years from yesterday's age - 38!

30 minutes today including Obstacle course (2x) still trying to get to Expert, Sega, Kung Fu (also 1 of my favorites) & juggling. It's funny that I tend to do the same ones every other day but when I a m not looking at the screen I can't remember all of the names.I also did the skateboarding one and the one that you add up to twenty as well as the snowball fight.

Yes - I was on the Wii and just didn't post... on Monday I hit the gym - but still got on the Wii a bit in the evening, and yesterday I did another Wii Fit Plus Routine - 3each - so I was on for about an hour and a half... I did too many to list and burned, according to the Wii, about 325cals.

OK... still new here - had to miss yesterday due to, idk - real life - so I made up for it today!

I did an hour an 35 minutes, burned 370 cals and did the following things:

(Yes, I remembered to write them down today!):
In my Wii Fit Plus routine I did:
(Yoga and ST)
Super Hula
Hula
Bicycle
Basic Run
Rhythm Boxing
Juggling
Lotus
Bird's Eye Bull's Eye
Adv Step

Then I also did:
Driving Range, Snowball Fight, Free Step (10 min for over 1000 steps)
Ski Jump and Ski Slalom

Then the dh came home and we played Wii Tennis for a bit and tried a BMX game he got... so I got PLENTY of Wii time in today!

Rats!? I did it again!? I put in over an hour... I even thought of bringing down a pen and paper - but I got caught up in the Wii Fit Plus Routine... which includes some Yoga and Strength Training. I also did the Skateboarding, Rhythm Boxing, Hula Hoop, Obstacle Course, Bicycle Course, and a few others!

I forget to pay attention to what I do? LOL?! I made up a 2 at a time Wii Fit Plus Routine doing two of everything I think?! And then - after that... I just kept going!? I will pay attention today when I get on! (I had plans of NOT doing it today... but if The Boy (my nephew) takes a nap - chances are GOOD I will play at least a little?!

The question is: What Wii Activity will you NOT do today!?

It's new... so I am finding myself on it ALL the TIME?! I love it! I haven't actually done a ton of the Wii Sports - but I have done every Wii Fit Plus game there is at least once or twice... (other than the Longer Runs and some of the advanced Yoga poses and Strength Training.) I realized this evening, after a morning and afternoon of Wii, and a long walk with a friend, that maybe I will need to pace myself a bit more?! LOL?! My knee is a little sore tonight and I had plans to hit the gym in the morning!?

Anyway - I am having so much fun! I love it!
