My main type of exercise, the one that keeps me from gaining weight, is walking. I try to add a little something to that if possible. Like today I spent quite a lot of time doing "gardening" which covers anything from picking up Amber's poop to trimming bushes. For awhile I was working under the lemon tree which is a favorite place for her to do her business...... but then I changed to the other side of the yard and all of a sudden I hear this loud CRASH -- and I look up and see that two huge branches have broken off the lemon tree and came crashing to the ground (complete with lemons) so lucky none of us were under the tree

After the sun went down so I wouldn't be blinded by it's brilliance, we went for our walk. Just now checking my Fitbit I see we did 1.94 so can probably get it bumped to the 2 mile mark before heading for bed. It was beautiful for our walk, about 83F

Trying to find the silver lining in all the clouds!

I found some great Leslie Sansone exercise videos on YouTube yesterday and plan on trying one of them today. These are actually full length workouts and I've put them on my Pinterest. I've purchased other DVDs of hers and these are ones I don't have. Will try them out.
