Good Morning Gail,
It is a lovely "Sping" day here which is predicted to be a cold Autumn night before it is all over.
;-) Reality check, this is the last day of November!! LOL The house is really quiet and I miss my early morning time with my Grandson! But I am sure they all slept well in their own home last night. Hope to see them today but if not we will see them tomorrow! ;-)

Gail it was not easy for the kids or any of us, but we all know God's plan is better than our own. They have found contentment and peace with the Lord. So much so, it surprises me! They help with every age group in their church. They even tried to adopt but the Lord shut that door too even though they got to the stage of being certified by the state. I keep hoping and trusting that the Lord will give them a family. They say at 40 they are too old now but I think children would keep them young. Anyway we all have peace and contentment over it and try to remain there. The new Grandson is bringing lots of joy to us all! We just sit and smile and look at him! ;-)

Sandy the snow probably isn't so great when you have to be out in it. Reminds me of a Christmas years ago when we were with my brother in the mts. He took my DH and our children skiing as the kids had never been before. I was content to sit inside and watch the snow and keep our parents company and have hot cocoa ready when they all came back home. ;-) I do miss it but thankfully we do get some here. Then it is an unexpected holiday - everyone takes off and so many places close because there are too many accidents to risk your life doing whatever had been on the schedule! ;-)

Hugs to you all!

DG: I cannot begin to imagine losing both my children. My heart goes out to them.

Pat: Will you be finishing your decorations today? Is Bill still hanging in?

Sand: It must look lovely with snow on the ground. I really like snow. There is something very quiet and majestic about it. I love looking at it from a nice cozy place, wrapped in a thick robe.

Sheryl: Do you put up decorations for the holidays? Do you buy gifts or make them?

Sending you all a big hug,

Gail

Hello All,
What a day. The kids have returned to their apartment and the house is quiet. Will see them tomorrow or Monday. Love the Christmas Season and all the decorations.

Pat yes, Baby is a boy. He is such a good baby. Mommy often has to wake him to eat. He only cries when they change his diaper. Guess he gets cold. DS has done a lot of the diapering duty. I am very proud of him and his care for his family. Since he is my youngest, guess I still see him as a kid but he certainly isn't. ;-) He is almost 30 !!!
Sorry you didn't get all the decorating done. I can see how it would be slowed by the rain. Sorry the bowling ball project didn't stick so well. What kind of glue did you use?
It was really warm here today. Almost 80! Tomorrow is supposed to be warm too. Monday it is supposed to get cold again.

Gail that is a great way to share thanks and learn more about one another.
My oldest DS and his precious wife have lost their only 2 children. They would have been 10 and 9 this year. So yes it is a very special blessing to have this little one to hug and hold. We all have waited a long time! Oldest DS has been over to hold this little one too. His wife is with her family as he had to work Thanksgiving Day. He joined her for another celebration today.

Sheryl glad you had a great time too.

Sandy you are right we have much to be thankful for!
How wonderful to have Thanksgiving with your Uncle and Aunt. Such moments to cherish.
5 inches of snow sounds wonderful but it would melt pretty quickly here. ;-)

Am enjoying Christmas movies with my children. Feel like it has been a long Christmas season this year and that is wonderful. It is always too short for me. ;-)

Hugs to all!!

Started cool this morning but needed shorts by late morning! Vickie & I worked for about 4 hours to finish the park decorating, then went to shop-got gifts for Toys for Tots, also looked for lighted garland but not in stock. I cooked dinner after all that for our friends who arrived today. I can hardly walk tonight-I ache all over from being on feet all day.

Woke to 5 inches of snow on the ground this morning. It is so pretty. It started yesterday around 4pm but stopped. Then around 9 pm last night it really started coming down. DH and I watched it come down from our bed for a while. It was really nice and pretty coming down. It was like a winter wonderland. I love it as it makes it feel more like Christmas and the Holidays. emoticon

I hope that everyone is having a wonderful long weekend. emoticon

Sandy sounds like a very special day for you with your aunt & uncle. At 98, every day is a gift and I am sure you treasure all the time you do get to spend with them. My step-dad, who I cared for, made it to 100 and as he said, At his age, don't buy green bananas! He will have left us 3 yrs ago the 26th of Dec so this time of year is a little sad for me. Although it is nice not to have that responsibility, I still miss him.
Gail I hope you have a wonderful trip and the weather turns out to be better than you believe it will be.
It is cold here today-at least by Florida standards. It was 39 when we got up and said it felt like 33. As there was a brisk breeze it was not nice out there and our high today is to only be 59 so no Christmas decorating being done. Vickie & I did go do some repair work on our bowling ball yard art and hopefully this time the stones will stay glued.
It is strange to not have tv in the family room-ours went out last night so now waiting to receive the one I ordered online last night. Wasn't about to fight the crowds today. It may not arrive till the 4th so hopefully it warms up and we can sit in the Florida room and watch that tv.
Pat

Had a wonderful Thanksgivings with my Aunt and Uncle. My Uncle is 98 yrs old and we talked about the family all the funny things that he and my Mom and his brother would do. Each day I get to spend my Uncle is a special one. We missed our son but brought home a lot of food for him. He was very happy.

DG - emoticon on the emoticon baby boy. You must be a very happy Grandmother. I am sure the new little one will be very spoiled. You & your family had a lot to be Thankful for this Thanksgiving. He came just in time for all the festivities.

Hope that everyone has a every restful and wonderful weekend. Excepting snow tonight and tomorrow. emoticon

So glad to learn everyone had a great Thanksgiving.

Customarily, we go around the table and talk about the things for which we are thankful. This year there were a series of questions that the NY Times suggested, and we did that too. You think you know someone, but there is always something to learn. Those questions were thought-provoking and I think we all learned a bit more about each other.

Wrapping up the packing today and getting my hair cut.

Sending you all hugs,

Gail

DG Congrats on the new grandson. You sound like you are in 7th heaven.

DG so happy the little one has arrived and I just know you are enjoying spoiling him. (It is a boy isn't it?)
I hope everyone has had a wonderful and blessed day with your family or friends. We got to celebrate it with about 150 other residents of our community but enjoyed a great meal and lots of visiting with everyone.
I do wish I was thru decorating the park, but it isn't done-hopefully tomorrow I will be able to finish up my part and get the other crew working on their part.

Hello Friends!! All is well here just totally busy. But smiling every step of the way. ;-) My first Grandbaby was born this week. Then apartment maintenance folks told kinds they were going to repair things and they couldn't be in the apartment, until done. So the kids are with me! You know I just *hate* that!! LOL He is a good baby and so sweet.
Mommy and Daddy are doing well and every once in awhile I get to hold him so Mommy and Daddy can sleep a bit more. Oh this Grandma thing is wonderful!!

Pat hope your decorating has been done. You are right about planning! Always need a plan B or C!!

Gail congrats on the floor mopping. ;-) That is a lot of work on a new floor!

Sandy hope nephew's team won!! Sorry I am not a sports fan but do care about family!

Vali hope you are feeling better.

Sheryl hope you are feeling better too! Oh you mean you don't get messages. I have to click join this discussion after each post to keep getting mine.

Lunch time so will try to finish this later!

Happy Thanksgiving Eveyone!!

Gail what a blessing your DD and her DH enjoy the cooking so you get to go and enjoy. How exciting to make another big change by removing the wallpaper and painting the living room. I really hope it is all finished when you return and you can just relax and enjoy. I am sorry rain is predicted for your trip-seems to always happen to us too. We almost lost our car in the flood in Pensacola in the spring!

Sheryl sounds like you have it covered and glad you won't have a lot of work to do. It is so great when everyone pitches in then no one person has to do it all and is so worn out they can't enjoy the day.

Sandy your pie sounds interesting-have never had one with liquor in it. Hope you have an awesome day and sorry your DS will miss the dinner-I am sure you will save him some!

We spent about 3 1/2 hours at the hospital this morning for them to do the tests on Bill's gall bladder. Because of the holiday, we won't get the results till Mon or Tues. Then I guess we will go from there as all the other test results should also be in.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone. Blessings to you and your families.

I feel like a slug. My daughter's very favorite holiday is Thanksgiving and she loves to cook for it. (Actually, she helps her husband because he does most of the work. LOL) Anyway, since my kitchen is still undone and stuff is in the basement, I have a great excuse not to cook or bake. I'm bringing a pecan pie from the bakery and some vanilla ice cream. That's all she wanted me to bring. Frankly, I'm at the stage where I don't like to bake or cook any more. When I do cook or bake (I fequently bake a crustless spinach quiche) I make things that I can freeze or eat over a few days.

I'm leaving this Saturday for Cancun, MX. I just looked at the weather forecast and it's mixed. It will rain during the time I'm there. Oh, well, worst comes to worst I'll sit on the balcony and read, and listen to the ocean. I'm going to veg and one way or another I will.
As I mentioned, this is the last trip this year and I don't expect I'll be traveling much any more.

On another matter, after much cajoling from several people and deciding they were right, I've decided to remove the wall paper in the dining room and have it painted. The wall paper is dated and it clashes badly with the living room rug, The painter will take care of this while I am gone. By the time I get back everything should be finished.....I hope and pray.

Dear friends, and you are all dear friends, I wish everyone a wonderful Thanksgiving. One of the things I am much thankful for is the friend ship I have with you all.

Luckily Gail I don't have to cook this year for Thanksgiving. It's my Aunt's turn. I get to cook for Christmas. But, I am fixing my Mom's green bean casserole. I am also making my pumpkin pie. I add a little rum to it. The only one that won't be able to make it is our son. He is ending up having to work 8 am to 5 pm. There was a change in schedule and he ended up having to work after they said he wasn't. But, he has the weekend off.

I got just about everything done. the only 2 thing I didn't do was pick up my Rx and get my New computer. Neither one were ready. So, I will pick them up tomorrow. As a Christmas present to myself I brought a new computer on sale for $ 600. The one I use for every day is over 10 years old and is starting to go out. So, I told the boys if they wanted to pitch in some money on the computer that could be their Christmas present to me. I picked up some material to make rice filled neck rolls. I did finally get one curtain done i will get the other one done tomorrow and start on the neck rolls.

Hope everyone has a wonderful day.

No decorating today-rain started about 9 am. Vickie & I managed to get to Publix and back between the raindrops and glad we went early. We have had heavy rain all day and before 6 tonight we had over 5 inches of rain-our rain gauge filled up so not sure exactly how much we have gotten. I dumped them so will see how much more we get by tomorrow. More rain thru tomorrow afternoon is predicted.
Sonny wasn't feeling well so they didn't go out to eat with us for our anniversary tonight. Our friends, Roger & Ruthie came and we played a game of Hand & Foot and the guys tarred and feathered us! We had a nice dinner at Outback and they have headed back home as they wanted to stop at the store on the way home. Do not like this getting dark so early.
It is 24 years for Bill & I today!!

It was 36 degrees when I was driving home from the store at about 6:30 this evening. It's dark here so early and it gets so cold (for us whiny babies in New Mexico) that I just didn't want to go out and do anything today. I finally decided I felt good enough to get out of the apartment today because I was on my last roll of toilet paper and I needed to get food for my owner. I also bought her a few little toys that I'm hoping she'll amuse herself with when I'm not home. I can tell that she's lonely without her friend. Her favorite toy is the lasar pointer but Mama has to be both home and awake for that one so she doesn't get to play with it nearly as much as she'd like.

I hope that you're all doing well and staying warm. emoticon

There was much rejoicing!

I got about 1/2 of the Christmas decorations in the park put out. today with the help of Vickie's GD. Hopefully I can finish things up tomorrow. It was a jam packed day as I also did a load of laundry, cooked our turkey, gave Abbie a bath and now cooking the bones for broth to freeze for later.
We hit 87 this afternoon so had to give in and turn the a/c on. Such crazy weather.

I know that some of it has to do with not clicking on the links in the various message notifications you get. But I've never clicked on every single link so I'm not sure why all of a sudden I'll just stop getting any notifications at all. But then we're talking about a computer system and there are bugs in every single system out there. When I realize that I haven't gotten notifications for a while I go to the list of my Spark teams and subscribe to the conversations I still want to be a part of. I always end up getting kicked off of them again when I don't click on the links often enough, but I do think that has something to do with it.

There was much rejoicing!

Sheryl - That is weird that you and Val quit getting notified about the team. If I don't hear from you two again I am going to come looking for you. emoticon

A restful Sunday, did a few things around here before church, after church we went to lunch and then played cards this afternoon. It was an awesome day out today-81-but didn't decorate so hoping it holds for tomorrow so I can at least get started. Will see how that works out.

Val hope you get to feeling better. Sorry to hear you have not been feeling well. I worry constantly Bill will catch something. I am a fanatic about hand sanitizer for him and myself in hopes we don't bring him any home.

Hi guys. Sorry I haven't posted for a little while. I stopped getting notifications from any of my groups again. I've been sick off and on for a couple of weeks and today I'm just going to stay in and rest because it's cold and windy outside. Nothing like the cold so many of you are getting right now, but still pretty darn cold for us here. Hope you've all had a warm weekend. emoticon

We hope they do well. It was about 35 when I go up this morning a little warmer. It really rain last night. We have a break in the rain right now but, we are to get more later today.

Hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving week. emoticon

Sandy: We are getting rain here too. Would you believe the temp was 49F this morning?

Pat: I know what you mean about shopping. I'm usually OK, but when it comes to the supermarket I'm terrible. I spend so much, even when I go with a list.

DG: It was so dreary yesterday I got nothing done. No inertia. I was bound and determined this morning, however. I've already vacuumed and washed the foyer, the powder room and half of the utility room. When I'm done with the utility room I'll do the main bathroom. Then all the tiled floors will be done.

Nan: Still working on the puzzle. What does the puzzle depict?

Sheryl, Val and Chris: Where are you? Everything all right?

Humans make plans and God laughs! Woke to rain this morning so-no walk, no Christmas decorating! However, since I was up early, I decided to take the bull by the horns and go to Wal-Mart. I hate going once the snowbirds return and the holiday shopping starts. We were there by 8 am so it wasn't too bad and I got in and out fairly quickly. I also stopped at Aldi as it is across the street and we were back home before 9:30. Hopefully I am done there for a couple of weeks. I try to avoid going more than every few weeks. If I don't go, I don't spend!!
Weatherman had called for a nicer day and we were to get up to high 70's but I don't think we have even hit 70 and doubt it will now. Our electric fireplace is feeling pretty good.
Looks like we will have rain thru Wed and then clear up and cool down.
Gail sounds like another trip-are you visiting family this time or just getting away from it all?

Sandy glad you are on top of your Christmas decorating and shopping.

DG that little one will come when it is ready. Sounds like you are ready and waiting.

Hi Sandy! I noticed we were guessing words together on an other topic! ;-)
Glad you are warm and cozy inside. Congrats on getting that much of your curtains done. I keep getting interrupted today too and my plans aren't going as I had hoped. Oh, well, keep plugging along! ;-)
8 big puppy feet are hard to wipe off each time they need to go in and out! But the muddy floor is even worse. ;-)
Yes, think that little one knows where he/she has it best! ;-)
Think I will put on some Christmas music. That will brighten my spirits! I don't like dreary days.
;-)
Hugs to all!

Pat - So, glad that you got a second opinion for Bill. This doctors sounds really good. emoticon

Nan - You are are cold. Do you have any of the snow? Glad you are staying in. Love crossword puzzles.

Gail - I don't like malls either. I avoid them as much as I can especially this time of year. I do a lot of my shopping on line or all year long. So, by the time Christmas, Birthday, etc. comes I have what I need. I learn from my Mom and grandmother. I am glad that you are in and staying warm.

DG - No baby yet. Well, I guess that little one is nice warm where he/she is at. At least you are all ready. I have one curtain done and working on the other one today. Things keep popping up and take me away. So it is taking me longer than planed. But, isn't that the way it goes. I have to have them done by the 5th of Dec. as that is when we have company coming into town.

Sheryl - How are you doing?

CT - What are you up to this weekend?

Well, I have a few things to do round the house. But other than that I am planning on staying in as our rain has hit us. It came down pretty good last night. Right now we have a break in the storm. The Mountains got a lot of snow and it is still snowing there.

Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend. Please say a prayer for those in the New York and Buffalo area they have really been hit hard. Thoughts and prayers with you all.

Hi All, Still no baby. ;-) Patience is the name of the game, huh? LOL

Pat you have had a busy week. Glad the bowling balls turned out so well. What kind of a stand will they be on or will they sit on the ground? Hope you like your hair color. I have never colored mine. Ddil#1 often does hers and she is often not happy with the color. I am not adventuresome! DH was always more gray than me so I didn't mind being a bit gray too.

Gail you are going on another trip? How is the remodeling coming along, is it almost done? I am so excited for you!
I agree I enjoy staying in so much more than I used to. I think some of it is going out alone. I enjoyed it much more when DH was there to enjoy life with me. Now it is easier to stay home and please myself with the activity of my choice and have my own thoughts. Unless I am with my family .. then I am up to whatever they want to do. I just enjoy being with my kids and listening to all the conversations about their lives.

Hope Everyone has a good weekend!

It's a bleak day and I'm planning to stay in. I've a date with a mop and plan to wash my tiled floors. Afterward, I'll read and watch TV. It is also time to start thinking about packing for my trip. I'm leaving in a week.

I went shopping yesterday and am stacked up with lots of food and supplies so that if the weather is awful I can stay in. I hate going out in the cold, nasty weather. Some people enjoy going window shopping at the malls, but not I. I don't feel like doing anything. It wasn't always this way. I used to love the holiday decorations in the stores, going to a good movie or concert, going to parties or gatherings, or eating out. Now, I content in my solitude and don't want to be bothered. Is that awful? There are no responsibilities, no deadlines, no social worries. Is this a function of age? I wonder. Maybe it's just a function of emotional exhaustion.

Hope you are all doing well and in good spirits.

Worked on the bowling balls again today. I finished mine and several of the other ladies did also. Will have to do some touch up work in a few days and hopefully by next weekend we can display them in the gardens.
I got the last of the fall decorations picked up and stored away today and plan to start working on the Christmas decorating. Weather has warmed up and is to be nice thru Sun and then rain is to come in and we will cool back down by Wed. We like to light up Thanksgiving evening so have to get busy!
Went for a haircut and let my stylist talk me into coloring my hair also. That took the rest of the day! Glad we had leftovers so I didn't have to cook.

Hi Friends!
No Baby today so DD and I went shopping! LOL I think I got the last of my Christmas shopping done.

Sandy did you get your curtains started. I have got to get some projects done! Less than a week until Thanksgiving. Our rain hasn't come yet but it has looked like it could pour all day!

Pat so glad to hear the visit to the new Dr was so successful! Way to go!!

Nan you are a smart woman to stay inside on a cold day like today and work on a puzzle! ;0(

Gail way to go, cleaning more things out!

Hope Everyone has a good weekend!

Good Morning:

It's cold and sunny here. I need to go out to run some errands and then I'll stay in till tonight. I promised to pick up a friend who is returning from India. Hate to go out at night in the cold, but...

Yesterday my neighbor helped me bring things up from the basement. I loaded the credenza and wrapped lots of good stuff for the hospice thrift shop. Much of it is very expensive, but I just want to have a minimal number of collectibles and don't want to bother selling stuff. It's such a hassle. Travis's website does well on many things, but not on clothing or china. The thrift store should get a lot for the pewter, Bavarian china collectibles and silver plate sets.

Stay warm and safe everyone.

Gail

Pat: So glad you like the new doctor and hope things get resolved very soon for Bill.

Nan: I never worked a puzzle. Ought to think about that. Have you worked the 500 piece kind?

Sandy: Glad you didn't get snow. My heart goes out to all those in Buffalo who are trapped.

Good news-we love this doc. He spent nearly an hour with us. He went over the last couple of years of history, went over the records from the other doc and then says he doesn't think Bill has Crohns! I certainly hope he is right. He felt the tests that should have been done were not so he has ordered blood work, stool samples to be tested and he is going to make sure this is not because of his gallbladder! This could all be because of the radiation he had for prostrate cancer but this doc is going to be sure we are going in the right direction and definitely does not want him on Humira or Entyvio (the very expensive medicine the other Doc wanted him on). It is still going to take time but hoping by the 2nd or 3rd we have some answers. I am just going to have to pick a Part D plan based on the meds he takes now and sign up at the last minute-that is what he suggested I do! I am so happy we decided to get a 2nd opinion and change drs. Especially after what we learned today. He spent more time in 1 visit than the other has spent with us in several years and many visits!!
Still cold here but hopefully we will get into the 70's tomorrow.

Morning Friends! It is a lovely 36 here this AM. The puppies are having wonderful time romping around. I thought they would come in and take a nap but they are still playing! Hope they settle soon or i am going to have to put them back outside! ;-)
Still no baby yet, but we are one day closer!! ;-) This time last year we were waiting for a friend's first Grandchild and she was due before Thanksgiving and didn't come until Dec 5th! All was well, so they must have miscalculated or something. This year she is already walking! Amazing how quickly they grow! ;-)

Sandy glad the work has slowed a bit! Hope DH can get a bit of a rest. Congrats on getting so much done toward Christmas! I think my shopping is almost done! ;-)

Gail sorry to hear you need PT. Hope you can go more often! How are the home projects coming along? Almost finished?

Pat hope all goes well with the new Dr today! Waiting to hear.

Hoping to get some things done around the house today! Laundry is almost caught up! ;-)

Hope everyone has a great day!

I don't blame some of your for hibernating with the cold. We started at 36 this morning and got to 56. From here on we will be warming up and should be in the 80's by the weekend and maybe some rain.
We had only 15 at breakfast this morning. Guess either dr. appts. or the cold kept some folks home. We also had our monthly RO meeting and that took the rest of our morning.
I made a roast this afternoon and had a nice supper.
Tomorrow is FINALLY Bill's appt. with the new gastro doc so wish us well.

Good Afternoon:

Just awoke from a nice long nap. Went to PT today for my shoulder. I really need to get on the ball; I haven't done the PT in over a month, maybe longer. The only time it gets done is when I am there.

Still hibernating.

We have warmed up a little here. We are up to 30 now as a low. Our high is still in the mid to the upper 40's. We are to get rain starting tonight. We have finally slowed back down again. Which is good for DH as his back almost went out yesterday. Plus he is really tired going at the rate he is going. He has been doing about 6 -7 digs a day plus the removals which are about 3 to 4 a day. Today he only had 3 - 2 removals and only 1 install.

Yesterday I was able to get some laundry done, all the Christmas present wrapped and clean the downstairs. Today is the upstairs and the rest of the laundry.

Some of you are really having some really cold and crazy weather. Please be safe and stay warm. Hope all of you are having a good week.

Hi Everyone!!!
Still waiting on our baby!! Seems like it is good the little one is staying put right now. The kids had a flooded apartment from their neighbors above dirty toilet! The maintenance isn't cleaning things up just wanting to paint over it! The kids are worried about health issues as the water damage is so large there are huge cracks and they can see nastiness in the walls but can't get to it to clean it up! Yuck! Not a good place for anyone but especially a baby. They are taking legal action and might have to break their lease. Bless their hearts!

Pat so glad the bowling ball art is going so well! Hope it is finished on Friday! Hope your weather warms up too! It is warming here and we expect rain at the end of the week. If the barometric pressure drops as it does for rain then maybe that will start labor! ;-)

Nan so sorry you are so cold!! Hope you have good heat and a good snuggling blanket! ;-)

Ya'all were to keep the really cold stuff up north and your didn't do a good job! emoticon We woke up to a brisk wind and falling temps. We stayed in the 50's overnight but it has been cooling down all day. I can't believe how chilled I got running back and forth from home to our clubhouse today. We met at 10 to work on the bowling balls, but I took everything down a little after 9 so the balls would warm up! The ladies started showing up about 9:30. One was there playing cards so she helped me sand the balls down and wipe them off with alcohol to get them ready. That was a big help. It was quite a job getting those stone to stick on a round surface but all of us got our ball between 1/3 and 1/2 of the way done. We will meet again on Friday morning and hopefully be able to finish up the project. We hopefully will have an easier time since we will have a solid surface to build on.
It must have been a chicken kind of day yesterday-I made chicken and noodles. I made a huge batch so have shared with our single neighbor who lets us use his 2nd driveway so we keep our car there and I took some over to our minister and wife (today is his 80th birthday) along with some cookies that were gifted to us (great way to get them out of here!).
Tonight is our monthly birthday/anniversary dinner and anyone is invited and they honor those who are celebrating their birthday or anniversary. Since our anniversary in next week, we are going. Not too keen on it-we are heading to The Oyster Troff and not sure what I will order-can't find a menu online! Hoping they have a variety of things.
Gail I am not sure where I get my energy-I just know I have things that need to be done and if I don't get busy-it won't get done!! Bill is a procrastinator so......he isn't a lot of help and does not like me prodding him. Me, I just want to "git er done".
We are to get down to 34 tonight and will feel like 29 so going to have to cover our tomato plant. We just might see "FROST" and not me!!!
Hope all of you are having a terrific Tuesday!

Pat

Hi Everyone!!
No Baby yet! Mommy says He/She knows it is cold out and it is warmer to stay where he/she is! ;-) Glad she isn't stressed over it! She sees the Midwife again today. They will come and have supper with us if there isn't an event. ;-)

DSs puppy came yesterday. She is 5 mths and really a Sweetie!! Gets along well with our puppy who is 7 mths. They wear one another out! ;-) Our old Sheltie is glad to have some peace! She hides behind a chair and sleeps! ;-) The 2 puppies will really miss one another when DS graduates and moves in a couple months.

Chris agree!! I am learning that is a good motivation for me to exercise too, it warms me up, even my toes!! ;-)

Pat thanks! I will check it out! DD has a pattern to make bibs out of t-shirts. Mommy has run some races so DD is making bibs out of them. Can even make them reversible she has so many t-shirts. ;-)
Good luck with your bowling ball art! I hope you can post pics. Sounds like it will be great!

Nan Stay warm!! ;-) We are getting up to 50 today! I am ready!! Miss my sandals!! ;-)

Gail I had chicken soup for supper last night too. I wouldn't have thought to put apple cider vinegar in it but like it so sounds good! Stay warm too!!

Sandy sorry for the trouble with your purchases.

Hugs to all!

Gail - We don't have any snow yet. Just frost and very cold weather. We are to get rain by Thursday and will see about snow. Though I doubt we will as by then we are to be at 35 for the low. Woke to 32 this morning but it felt like 29. You are very cold. I am fixing pot roast tonight. Stay warm.

Got all my running around done yesterday and then some. I had to take an Aerobed back to Target as I opened it and blew it up. Two things wrong with it it wasn't the same as the picture on the box and it had a large bump in it. This is the second item I have brought at Target and got it home and opened and found that it had been used but, the box looks like it has never been opened but, the package inside has. Weird? So, be very careful when buying at Target. I know their printer ink is not good quality as my Printer will tell me if it is Really HP ink or Not. When it come from Target it isn't. When it comes from Staples it is. Mmmm...

Hope everyone is staying warm and having a good day.
