My goal is to work out every week day, either a walk or a DVD. Part 2 of that goal is to not beat myself up if I miss a day.

How about losing 8lbs - that's a realistic, healthy 2lb loss/week

thats a good goal! i try to fill a container of 64 oz and drink it right away in the morning seems to help!

I would like to focus on portion sizes-this would be key for me to lose and stay on track!!!!!

If it is to be, it is up to me.

By the end of April I would like to be in the pattern of drinking at least 64 ounces of water each day

What are some good short term goals to set that are only a month long? It's good to think about this in the beginning of the month and stick to it til the end. Any ideas?
