I do try to log in everything I eat. I do miss somedays, but that kind of helps. Also, not eating prepared/frozen foods or canned things. Fresh is the better way for me.

I have tried several things since I was diagnosed hypo about 10 years ago. It seems after much trial and error that calorie counting works best for me. Anyone have anything specific they do that works for them?
