I carry Tuna packets, Kashi bars and jerky in my car and/or handbag... all easy to open and do not require the fridge... fruit is good too but may not fill you up for long enough as fiber and protein would AND it can bruise in a book bag.

Well, Gang, this is it! After years of putting it off, I am following my dream! I am going back to college to get my degree in Music Performance! emoticon I still have to audition, and that's going to be a challenge, but I know I can do it! Here's the question: What kind of foods can I eat that pack a lot of energy? Healthy foods I mean. I am going to be going at maximum between school and my family. Right now I work part-time (obviously, I am quitting once school starts.) and when I come home, I have very little energy left to do anything! I just want to lie around. Also, I want to be able to brown bag it most of the time just because I don't want to fall into the trap of eating fast food. Any ideas? Thanks!
