Boy can I related to needing to be kicked in the butt. I started in Nov and then just fell by the wayside. Now that it is spring, I am trying to get outside and at least walk. It makes me feel better and tightens up the flab even if I don't lose weight!

I am going through a time where we are in the midst of buying a house and I am sure the stress etc. I am retaining at least 5 lbs of water and have gained. But me too scales are reading really weird between 245 and 253. Digital to me are the worst. but then too it depends on where I put the scales that is so weird.

Start walking that is the best form of exercise...it does wonders you just have to stay committed to it though and then work your way into other exercises. Good Luck to you!

I need to be kicked in the butt because I am not being true to myself. If I want to lose weight, I need to get back on the horse and start trying again. Any ideas?

try getting a digital scale they seem to be more accurate

My personal frustration is taht my weight is different on every scale I use. I am somewhere between 220 and 235. AHHHHHHH!!!

we had several problems, but they're mostly resolved now. i am still pretty much where i was before we lost access, if not heavier :(
