Everlena,
I have lost 85 lbs and at first i was very very disappointed because it wasn't in weight loss it was by inches. it seems that most people lose inches first because they start adding muscle and muscle weighs more than fat. it only takes up less space. I know at times it is frustrating but the weight loss will come. the inches lost however is something also to celebrate because like you said your clothes fit and feel different. I am here if you want to talk about it and please don't worry so much about losing inches what counts is if you start to feel better and have more energy.

This question is for no on in particular! I am very glad that I lost seven pounds last month! I am however a bit discouraged! I know that I shouldn't be. I am losing inches left and right. Today, I put on a pair a jeans I wear at least once a week and I had to change them because I don't have a belt! The question I have is this: I would like to know how long in your weight loss journey did you start losing the weight? Did it come before, during or after the loss of inches. I just would like to know more information about inches vs. weight loss itself! Thanks!!! emoticon

I just want to lose weight once and for all.
