yes when you dont eat at least your minimum calories your body will think that you are starving and store fat. what about adding extra fruits and veggies?

Ok all i have a question. I have been reading on spark pages and other sites that you should eat within your calorie ranges for weight loss...my problem is that most days I dont eat any where near my minimum required cals. I have been tracking my food and most days i eat between 700 and 800 cals and feel full. Will this mess up my metabolism? emoticon in advance for your help
