Congrats Jasminepell, I am working on the couch to 10K. I am doing a 10k on the 31st and then the Race for the Cure 5k on the 13th.

I have not done any exercises this morning...school started today here in VA and had to get the kids together this morning...will be working out this evening when I get home thought for about 1 hour.

i took a breakt today...but i did do the relaxation challenge and it felt great!

Leslie Sansone 2 Mile walk
Shred 2

Leg Challenge -
Sumo Squats - 3 sets of 20
Step Ups - 3 sets of 1 minute each leg
Cross Over Lunge - 3 sets of 20 (each leg gets 20)
Pelvic Thrust - 3 sets of 20
Wall Squat - 3 sets of 1 minute (only completed 1 min.)
Squats - 3 sets of 20

Poker Challenge
Military Shoulder Press 3 x15
Dumbbell Rows 3 x 15
Concentration Curls 3x 15
30 Front kicks/Back kicks
Squats - 3 x 25
Dumbbell Chest Press - 3 xx 15
Bench Dips - 3 x 20
Dumbbell Side Bends - 3 x 15
Side Lunge w/ Dumbbell Raise - 3 x 20
Side Leg Lifts - 15 each side
30 minutes running (or walking really, really fast!)I walked 15 and ran 15
Planks - 3 sets of 1 minute - only made it 1 set
Drink 32 oz MORE water (115 oz water)

I am not on this challenge this month due to another challenge with other team but yesterday I did 30 minutes of cycling and 30 minutes of strength training. Then walked another 30 minutes outside
