I read an article on Spark that said the best exercise for the tummy is cardio. I forget the name of the article but you should check it out, I'll look for it right quick and post the name of it.

YES, i heard that as well... they say before you will see any abdominal results you first have to do cardio that shakes the fat off....like jump roping, or joggin, power walking, or high impact cardio involving more movement to the lower body and pelvic area. emoticon

What are some good stomach exercises, besides the typical crunches? I know they say crunches won't work as long as you have excess fat around your stomach. I just had a baby 3 months ago and would like to lose the fat. I still look pregnant.
