I HAVE MORE OF THESE YUMMY SUBSTITUTIONS.HERE'S ONE MORE;TRY LOW-FAT HELLMANS MIXED WITH FAT- FREE OR LOW FAT SOUR CREAM THE NEXT TIME YOU MAKE TUNA SALAD OR POTATO SALAD.ADD EXTRA FLAVOR WITH PARSLEY AND STEAK SEASONING THEN YOU WON'T MISS THE FLAVOR FAT BRINGS.
(I HATE FAT-FREE MAYO THAT'S WHY I SAID LOW-FAT)IF I KNOW THESE THINGS WHY AM I FAT.GO FIGURE lol

I mash potatoes with Fat-free plain yogurt.For my baked potatoes I top then with fat-free sour cream,smart balance margarine with flaxseed oil,and chives.um-um good! emoticon

YES GURL' I KNOW WHAT YOU MEAN.

I LVE BREAD SO MUCH, I WILL PROBABLY NEVER REMOVE IT FROM MY MEAL PLAN....BUT I DID SWITCH TO SPLIT TOP WHEAT.

I ALSO CHANGED FROM WHOLE MILK TO 1 PERCENT..


I WILL DEFINATELY TRY SPLENDA SUGAR THO CAUSE I MUST HAVE MY CUP OF JOE IN THE MORNING.

Oh, I know what you mean about the bread, I have not had any in two days.

I have changed the amount of meals I eat. I am now eating 4 times a day (small meals). I normally eat once and usually late in the evening when the house is calm.

i have changes my sugar intake.... im not a diabetic, but i still found that splenda sugar has no calories and doesnt have a funny after taste like sweet and low or equal... and i can use a much as i want... it really does taste like sugar. i have also decided not to always have bread or biscuits with every meal.... i am a bread freak, but i have decided to give it up !

I AM FAT....THE FIRST STEP TO RECOVERY IS ...NO DENIAL
